Lord Michael Ashcroft is set to buy 42% of shares to raise £6.2 million for the club.
Ascroft claims "Watford is a good business that is making steady and sure progress," and his "investment will hopefully enable chairman Graham Simpson and chief executive Mark Ashton to take the business to the next level and beyond."
So what does this all mean? Early predictions are that the majority will go to paying back the likes of Graham Simpson and others loaning to the club. Monies left will hopefully go towards further developement in the club.
The club is moving foward, things are yet again looking bright for the Golden Boys.
