In the end a good performance against one of the best teams in the prem.
Should have been two up at one point but two all later on.
Great goal from Dawson, could yet be the goal/point that keeps us up.
Big moan about Sarr tho, good first half but I exploded when he ran over the ball late on, which led to their goal and he needs to stop giving up every time he gets touched, mind you Mapps was nowhere to be seen when Chilwell got onto the ball with no watford player within 20 yards.
A decent start against a very dangerous team..!

Bugger that Brighton beat Arsenal late on.

Typical !

Not sure the 3 subs at once worked as it left us a bit disorganised at the back allowing Chillwell to shot with space.

Guess it's because we tired more than they did.

Least we got something out of it which was deserved.

And some played well like Dawson , Sarr untol he kept as you say complaining and Hughes who got stuck in.

Oh yes Hughes.!!
What a transformation since NP arrived.? Last summer I really felt that he was not quite good enough or tough enough for the Prem and would be better of as a great championship player. In his new role he looks great and his tackling has really come on. At least 3 times today he put in great block tackles mopping up, and he is def one of our starters now...

Good win for Wolves.

West Ham got Spurs next.

Hopefully Zaha can do us a favour.

Palace like a 1-0.

I thought Sarr fought through and around challenges in the first half. In the second hal he was exhausted and on the other wing at the end. After such a long layoff I'm not inclined to be too critical there. Overall I think a point was fair. Hopefully the comeback from near defeat will energize them going forward. It's always a good thing when a role player makes a big play.

Decent result against decent opposition. West Ham and Muff results really put the pressure on, I heard Muff could practically go out of business if they go down?
Brighton got some horrible fixtures - four of the next five are Leicester, Man U, Man C, Liverpool.
I'm feeling strangely optimistic we'll get out of this?!

Pizza, I guess you're right about Sarr, he's young and inexperienced at this level. Can you imagine how good he might be in a couple of years time once he's fully settled and toughened up.! (if he's still with us by then...?)
Big mistake moving him over to the left I think, I wonder if we should try peneranda or Pedro on the left for last 25 mins when Bobby p goes off.?

Penaranda I know has played there. Not sure about whether Pedro has or not. In general though, I do fancy bringing on "match winners" at the end - who might be a bit too soft defensively to risk for a whole game.

That said, I think against Burnley, given their bunker and counter strategy you may see NP start Welbeck instead of Pereyra.. and bring on Gray against his old club before we see either of the younglings.
