Lots of noise about a £32m bid from Everton being rejected.

For me this all hinges on whether Challobah will get back to his old selve and soon. I have a niggling doubt that he's finished, or can only play with care, he's been out injured a few times in the last year so I suspect that knee is dodgy.
Not sure that Quina or the new lad are any where close to filling Chabs shoes.?

I think Quina and Cleverley are ahead of Chalobah for now ..
Till he gets fully fit anyway .

True but I don't see Cleverly as a centre midfielder, he usually plays wide right.? I guess if we get £38m for Douc, and maybe £15m for Kabs the we will have some decent money to find a direct Douc replacement. Mind you, not much time left but I guess GP will usually have players in mind....
Edit... Oh no I can see it now, "watford sign out of contract Harry Arter to replace Doucoure...."

Well knowing us we would go looking for a quick cheap replacement but dont think the move will happen now .
None of the other midfielders would have the same impact ..
Quina is injured anyway and as you say Cleverley a different sort of player .

I don't think we will sell him at this stage unless there is a replacement lined up.
