Interesting that we could have had Pereyra back playing already. Seems the smart option to try and fix the underlying issue.

Looking forward to getting Amrabat back. I do wonder where he fits in now though

Great site..good to hear injury updates and info from the horse's mouth. Cant wait to have Amrabat back...great pace, not afraid to take on defenders and and and end product. Most improved player at Watford this year IMHO

Definitely been our most consistent player this season, its just where he fits in now. Niang, Success and Zarate all play on the wing, and you'd say our first choice wing backs are Janmaat and Holebas.

Great player to bring off the bench though

Personally I wouldn't dump Amrabat for Zarate. Agree the Niang Deeney combo could be great and Janmaat behind Amrabat makes me very happy on the right hand side. Success and Okaka both impact for me but yet to be persuaded they are first team regulars having looked the real deal as a sub and against Leicester respectively. At Boro away Success spent all his time falling over like Emile Heskey and Okaka looks a shadow of the giant he was when running the game against Leicester. Either injured or lost his fitness. It's great to have a deeper squad but we shouldn't let a players price tag overshadow their ability. The last one of those was Jurado and look where that got us...only my thoughts but been to a lot of games home and away and love the potential we could achieve

Oh and stick Pereya on the left wing, Capoue Cleverly and the terrier Behrami in the middle or two of those and keep Britos on the bench. For that I would buy a 5 year season ticket in one go.
PS and give Harry Hornet a lifetime contract.

Success needs a run of games really - hasn't had the chance to make a true impact long term!

Of course if Niang is a success himself other teams will be after him too so lets hope we get in first.

Yep. Think there's a number of big clubs monitoring him, but unsure about his suitability for the Prem. I think our option on him will be meaningless if he keeps playing like Saturday

Don't be ridiculous. He's due for an injury within the next 2 matches. Other clubs will forget him.

Hopefully as its being touted Maz treats him like his son and there is a loyalty factor there...I guess it also goes to reaffirm how fantastic the loyalty of Deeney is to our club...my colleagues all laugh when i say I wouldn't want him sold for 100 million and I stand by that..he is Watford FC's talisman for me and dfrags others up with him

I'd take 10m for Deeney, probably less.
